Path to healing
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused therapy approach designed to help process and heal trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and deeply stored emotional pain. This gentle yet effective method works by identifying specific eye positions, or “brainspots,” that connect to unprocessed experiences held within the brain and body.
Many people find that painful experiences, chronic stress, and emotional wounds can remain stored in the nervous system long after the event has passed — contributing to anxiety, emotional reactivity, feeling stuck, relationship difficulties, or ongoing overwhelm. Brainspotting helps access and process these deeper emotional experiences in a safe, supportive, and compassionate way.
Brainspotting may help with:
Trauma and PTSD
Anxiety and chronic stress
Emotional overwhelm
Childhood trauma and attachment wounds
Relationship trauma and betrayal
Panic attacks
Performance anxiety
Burnout and nervous system dysregulation
Negative self-beliefs and emotional blocks
Unlike traditional talk therapy alone, Brainspotting works deeply with the brain, body, and nervous system to support emotional processing and healing at a deeper level.
My approach to Brainspotting is warm, gentle, and personalized, creating a safe space for healing at your own pace while helping you feel more grounded, emotionally connected, and at peace within yourself.
Tired of holding it all together?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore whether therapy may be the right fit for you. During our complimentary consultation, we will briefly explore what you have been struggling with, what you are hoping to gain from therapy, and whether we feel like a good therapeutic fit moving forward— or if another resource may better support your needs.
